# 輸入模式

Echophrase 提供不同的模式以配合您的工作流程。

## 按住說話（預設）

按住快捷鍵說話，放開即轉錄。

**最適合**：快速語音輸入、指令、短訊息

## 切換模式

按一次開始錄音，再按一次停止並轉錄。

**最適合**：較長的聽寫、免持操作

## 連續模式

Echophrase 持續聆聽並即時轉錄。

**最適合**：即時字幕、延伸聽寫場景

## 切換模式

1. 開啟 Echophrase 設定
2. 前往**輸入模式**
3. 選擇您偏好的模式
