- Check that your microphone is selected in Settings → Audio
- Ensure Echophrase has microphone permissions
- Try speaking louder or closer to the mic

- Set your preferred language explicitly
- Disable auto-detect if it’s causing issues
Transcription is slow

- Try a smaller model (Tiny or Base)
- Enable GPU acceleration if you have an NVIDIA GPU
- Close other resource-intensive applications

- Check if it’s already running in the system tray
- Try running as administrator (Windows)
- Check the logs in Settings → Advanced → Logs
